This school has a behaviour policy which is explained to all learners and parents/carers when initially starting at the school.
The safety of staff and learners is fundamental and is embedded into each school day. We believe that by providing a safe and positive environment to work in this allows everyone to reach their potential. Staff are always available should a learner want to raise any concerns they may have and can offer support in line with child protection requirements.
We have a zero-tolerance for bullying in school and this is also applied to the negative use of social media. In addition to this, we pride ourselves on being an inclusive community that challenges any form of discrimination including:
- transgender prejudice
- other forms of bullying.
If you, your child or a friend feels they are being bullied we would ask you to confidently approach either your form tutor or speak to Mr Lynas/Miss Hobday about the situation.
